Cookie Policy

1. Overview

Rifesta uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are necessary for the Service to function; non-essential cookies (analytics) are loaded only after you give consent. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. This Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device; similar technologies include browser localStorage. They allow a site to remember your actions and preferences.

3. Cookies we use

NameTypeProviderDurationPurpose
rifesta_consentEssentialRifesta (first party)1 yearStores your cookie preferences.
Session cookieEssentialRifesta (first party)SessionKeeps you signed in and secures authenticated requests.
_ga, _ga_*Analytics (consent)Google Analytics 4Up to 2 yearsAggregated, pseudonymous usage statistics — set only if you accept analytics.

Essential cookies do not require consent because they are strictly necessary to provide a service you requested.

4. Consent and managing your preferences

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies or keep only essential ones, with equal prominence. Until you consent, analytics are disabled (Google Consent Mode defaults to "denied"). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" control, or by clearing the rifesta_consent value from your browser. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the Service is used. IP addresses are processed in truncated/anonymised form. Analytics involves a transfer of data to Google LLC in the United States, protected by the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy; the version above is updated when we do. Questions: legal@rinoova.com. The English version prevails in case of discrepancy between language versions.
