Our mission
Rinoova S.r.L. was born in Italy with a simple idea: professional software should respect the people who use it and the data they entrust to it. We built Rifesta because we see too many event management platforms treating organizers' photos as raw material to archive for years, index, and monetize.
We believe the opposite. The photo of a wedding, a birthday, a corporate event belongs to the organizer — not to us. That's why Rifesta is designed from day one with transient originals, configurable retention, sync to the user's personal cloud, and a fully European legal infrastructure. Privacy is not a checkbox: it is the product.
We build for professional organizers who need serious tools — shared galleries, QR codes, controlled exports, audit trails — without giving up control. Data sovereignty means you decide where your photos live, for how long, and who can access them. We provide the tools; data governance stays with you.

Our technical principles
Transient originals
Original files live in the system only as long as needed for publication and sync. No hidden infinite archive.
Postgres RLS
Row-Level Security guarantees per-organizer isolation at the database level. Not an application filter: a structural guarantee.
Immutable audit log
Every access, change, deletion is recorded append-only. Full traceability for compliance.
Sync to personal cloud
Final photos go where you choose — Google Photos, S3, personal drive. Rifesta is transient by design.
