Terms of Service

1. Definitions
"Service" means Rinoova Events Cloud (Rifesta). "User" is the natural or legal person who activates an account. "Content" means the media and data uploaded by the User.
2. Service
Rifesta is a SaaS service for managing events and shared galleries, provided by Rinoova S.r.L. based in Italy.
3. Account
The User is responsible for the safekeeping of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account. Promptly report any unauthorized access to security@rinoova.com.
4. User content
Ownership of Content remains with the User. The User grants Rinoova a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license, solely for the purpose of operating the Service (storage, processing, distribution to event guests, sync to destinations chosen by the User).
5. Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are prepaid. Except as required by law, no refunds are provided for partially used periods.
6. Availability
Rinoova undertakes to provide a service level matching the subscribed plan. Detailed per-plan SLAs are published on the page Pricing.
7. Cancellation
The User may cancel the account at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation is atomic: data and content are removed according to the timing set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rinoova is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event.
9. Jurisdiction
Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian Court of the place where Rinoova S.r.L. is based, save for mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
